Vacation Sales Greeter
About The Position
Join the Travel + Leisure team as a Vacation Sales Greeter and turn your high energy into a high-powered career! If you love talking to people, sharing positive vibes, and having control over your income, this is the opportunity for you. This is an on-site, customer-facing position. Team members are primarily based at American Dream Mall and may also be scheduled to work at special events, festivals, and other future locations throughout the New York market based on business needs. The role offers uncapped commission plus hourly pay, with top performers making $60K+ annually. Paid training is provided, and no sales experience is needed. The environment is fun, fast-paced, and theme park and event-style, similar to a carnival atmosphere, where you will meet new people every day and have growth opportunities and career development.
Requirements
- A positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Resilience, a competitive mindset, and motivation to exceed goals
- Comfort using MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work at assigned locations, events, and festivals throughout the New York City area
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior sales experience needed; we train the right people!
- Schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work on a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.
