About The Position

Join Hilton Grand Vacations as a Vacation Sales Ambassador inside Bass Pro Shops, where you’ll connect with guests and introduce them to exciting vacation ownership opportunities—all while representing a trusted brand in a fun, high-energy retail environment. This role involves greeting and engaging with Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly and professional manner, delivering compelling presentations, establishing trust with guests, identifying their travel interests and needs, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and providing concierge-style service by recommending local attractions and offering discounted vacation packages. Participation in training to sharpen skills and stay informed on offerings is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus
• 1 year sales experience is a plus, but a positive demeanor and willingness to learn are even more important
