Vacation Sales Agent
About The Position
Join the Travel + Leisure team as a Vacation Sales Ambassador and turn your high energy into a high-powered career! If you love talking to people, sharing positive vibes, and having control over your income, this is the opportunity for you. We are currently hiring for the Ceiba and San Juan Location. This role offers an uncapped commission + hourly pay, with top performers making $150K+ annually. Paid training is provided, and no sales experience is needed. The environment is fun, fast-paced, and theme park and event-style, similar to a carnival atmosphere, where you will meet new people every day and have growth opportunities and career development. The start date for this position is October 9, 2026.
Requirements
- A positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Resilience, a competitive mindset, and motivation to exceed goals
- Comfort using MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
- Schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.

- Book reservations and help guests get vacation-ready
