Vacation Sales Agent
About The Position
Join the Travel + Leisure team as a Vacation Sales Agent and turn your high energy into a high-powered career! If you love talking to people, sharing positive vibes, and having control over your income, this is an opportunity for you. This position supports marketing locations at the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, NJ, and the Wyndham Garden Chinatown in New York City. Candidate location will be taken into consideration during the selection process. This is a face-to-face sales role and is not a remote or work-from-home position. The role offers uncapped commission + hourly pay, with top performers making $150K+ annually. Paid training is provided, and no sales experience is needed. The environment is fun, fast-paced, and theme park and event-style. Associates will meet new people every day and have growth opportunities and career development. Training Pay (First 60 Days): $22.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. After Training: $17.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Top performers regularly earn $150,000+ annually, with no cap on earning potential.
Requirements
- A positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
- Resilience, a competitive mindset, and motivation to exceed goals
- Comfort using MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior sales experience needed; we train the right people!
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred
