About The Position

Join the Travel + Leisure team as a Part-Time Vacation Sales Agent and turn your outgoing personality into an exciting sales opportunity. In this face-to-face sales role, you'll engage with travelers and vacationers at events, attractions, and marketing locations while promoting vacation experiences and booking preview tours. This is a field-based, customer-facing sales position that requires frequent travel. This is not a remote or work-from-home role. At this time, we are only considering candidates based near Orlando International Airport (MCO) or within 30 miles. Team members frequently travel by air and must be available for assignments that typically run Friday through Sunday or Thursday through Monday, depending on business needs and flight availability.

Requirements

• A positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Resilience, a competitive mindset, and motivation to exceed goals
• Comfort using MS Office, tablets, and CRM systems in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be based near Orlando International Airport (MCO) or within 30 miles
• Must be available for assignments that typically run Friday through Sunday or Thursday through Monday

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred but not required
• No prior sales experience needed. We train the right people!
