Requirements

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry 25–30 lbs.
Ability to work in an office and outdoor property environments, including stairs, soft sand, and seasonal traffic.
Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.
Reliable transportation, with valid, active driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment.
Regular punctual attendance is required.

Nice To Haves

experience with Track PMS, Streamline, or similar property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build positive relationships with homeowners and provide updates on property conditions and guest feedback.
Provide exceptional guest service before, during, and after their stay.
Inspect vacation homes and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and other property needs.
Respond to calls, emails, and texts and document communications.
Support the Rental Manager and participate in the after-hours rotation.
