About The Position

Provides vacation relief for every production position on the assigned shift. The role requires demonstrating competency in all on-the-job activities that may directly or indirectly affect product safety, legality, or quality. The employee performs routine production tasks as directed, keeps the work area clean, and follows company policies, procedures, safety rules, attendance expectations, and operating requirements. Other duties may be assigned by supervision or management as part of the position.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to perform routine production tasks in accordance with applicable standards.
Ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
No educational prerequisite.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of production experience.
Basic knowledge of all production procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform routine production tasks in accordance with applicable standards, as directed by a supervisor or person in charge.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Follow company policies and procedures, including safety rules and work rules.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those concerning EEO, sexual harassment, safety, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Fulfill work schedules, follow attendance policies, and comply with applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as directed by supervision or management.
