About The Position

Join the Travel + Leisure team as a Vacation Sales Ambassador and turn your high energy into a high-powered career! This is an on-site, face-to-face sales position located at our marketing locations and events. This is not a remote or work-from-home role. The role involves creating fun, engaging conversations with vacationing families, promoting exciting vacation experiences and preview tours, booking reservations, and helping guests get vacation-ready. You will use smart technology to manage appointments and guest information, learn sales strategies, and hit goals to earn uncapped commission.

Requirements

• A positive, outgoing, team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Resilience, a competitive mindset, and motivation to exceed goals
• Schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs.
