About The Position

Capital Vacations is seeking experienced, licensed sales professionals to join our expanding Frontline Sales Team in the Daytona Beach market. Our Frontline Sales Representatives work with qualified guests, deliver engaging vacation ownership presentations, and help families discover the value of ownership while building an exceptional income. As a Licensed Frontline Vacation Ownership Sales Representative, you'll meet with qualified guests visiting our resort, deliver professional vacation ownership presentations, build value in the ownership experience, overcome objections, and confidently close sales. You'll work in a high-energy environment alongside experienced leaders who are invested in helping you maximize your production and income.

Requirements

• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Previous sales experience
• Strong closing ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
