As the Sales Executive – VIP, you will be responsible for educating and selling the Vacation Introductory Program to our guests.

Requirements

• High School Degree/GED or higher
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• 1-3 years sales experience required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Active Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate license preferred
• Previous experience in branded vacation ownership preferred

Responsibilities

• Educate and Sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests
• Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules
• Make required presentation to guests
• Survey toured guests, gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations
• Meet and maintain metrics for success in this role
• Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
