Vacation Package Sales Agent

About The Position
This role involves promoting and selling mini-vacation packages across various resort locations, following company telemarketing guidelines. The agent will share accurate and engaging information about Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, partner accommodations, current promotions, and premium offers. A key aspect of the role is to provide every guest with respectful, courteous, and professional service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
- Proficient in establishing rapport and conveying value
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency
- A warm, outgoing personality and genuine passion for encouraging others toward making vacation ownership a reality
Nice To Haves
- Tele-sales experience preferred
- A timeshare background is a plus
- Prior experience in an Inbound or Outbound Sales Call Center environment
