About The Position

jade owls is a fast-growing oil and gas operator that has grown more than 70 times since 2022 and operates across Northeast Wyoming and Oklahoma. The company is seeking a Vac Truck Operator to support field operations. The role operates vacuum trucks to remove liquids, sludge, and other materials from tanks, pits, and production sites while maintaining safe and efficient operations.

This field-based position takes place in an active oil and gas environment and involves physically demanding work across varying terrain, including remote lease roads. The operator may encounter all weather conditions, hazardous driving conditions, moving equipment, hydrocarbons, hazardous facilities, and potential H2S environments. The position requires a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, driving and tanker experience, and the ability to perform physical work outdoors.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.
• At least 2 years of driving experience, including at least 1 year of tanker work.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.

Nice To Haves

• Oilfield terrain experience.
• Experience operating vacuum trucks or similar heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vacuum truck to remove and transport fluids and materials from production sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Follow company safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Work with field teams to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
