As an Intake Representative in our Social Security Department, you will be helping to cultivate and maintain the prospective client relationship from the very start. Empathetic communications are of utmost importance while prioritizing new leads and incoming calls with scheduled appointments. Great attention to detail is required to guarantee efficient and accurate processing of claims from clients from start to finish. Effective listening is critical to help identify all possible claims and the proper avenue for relief – whether a new claim is needed, an appeal, or an upcoming hearing. This position involves extensive communication with clients and paperwork review with a keen eye for details, computer-skills, and phone call management capabilities. This position offers a great deal of independence, flexibility for personal styles, and responsibility over case files.
