About The Position

PeopleTec is currently seeking a V-22 Subject Matter Expert to support our Huntsville, AL location. The PIF has a requirement to provide programmatic and logistical subject matter expert (SME) support for V-22 Osprey programs. Those upgrades require programmatic support to support meetings, develop schedules, attend teleconferences, evaluation discussions, and other duties related to ongoing programs.

Requirements

  • V-22 Experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work.
  • Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in program and logistics reviews and provide analysis of system upgrades, sustainment strategies, and supply chain supportability for V-22 Osprey systems and components.
  • Assess ongoing and new V-22 Osprey modifications for logistics and supportability implications, including provisioning, sparing, maintenance planning, transportation, warehousing, and lifecycle sustainment impacts, and recommend changes accordingly.
  • Perform logistics analyses and evaluations on V-22 Osprey components and support systems to improve supply chain efficiency, maintenance processes, readiness, reliability, and overall logistics performance.
  • Support evaluations related to the design, development, production, modification, fielding, and sustainment of V-22 Osprey systems.
  • Support Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities, including provisioning documentation, technical data validation, maintenance planning, support equipment assessments, and lifecycle sustainment planning.
  • Analyze logistics data, readiness metrics, inventory trends, and maintenance performance to identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and improve operational availability and support effectiveness.
  • Provide logistics program management support for ongoing V-22 Osprey programs at the PIF.
  • Provide input and recommendations for logistics readiness, sustainment planning, product support strategies, and supply chain risk mitigation.
  • Provide preparation, planning, coordination, and input for logistics conferences, meetings, program reviews, technical interchanges, sustainment working groups, and user meetings.
  • Support coordination between engineering, maintenance, supply, transportation, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment of logistics objectives and sustainment requirements.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of schedules, action items, milestones, and deliverables associated with V-22 Osprey sustainment and modification efforts.
  • May perform approved tasks remotely or in a hybrid work environment, as authorized by the Government and consistent with mission requirements, security requirements, operational needs, and access to Government systems and facilities.
