About The Position

RELYANT Global, LLC is seeking experienced UXOQC professionals for multiple openings on a large project in Kwajalein Atoll. This is a roughly one-year contract position, with work commencing in the fall of 2026. The UXOQCS will be responsible for managing the site quality program under the direction of the company Quality Assurance Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of EOD/UXO Experience.
  • Significant experience in all aspects of munitions response actions or range clearance activities, as appropriate for the contracted operations.
  • Five years' experience in a supervisory position.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a physical.
  • Must have 40 Hour HAZWOPER.
  • Must have current 8 Hour annual HAZWOPER Refresher (if applicable).
  • Must have valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Graduate of a military EOD School of the United States.
  • OR Graduate of military EOD school of Canada, Great Britain, Germany, or Australia.
  • OR Graduate of a formal training course of instruction or EOD assistant courses.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to interpret and explain company policy concerning MEC safety practices to executives, managers, employees, and clients.
  • Intermediate user level of computer systems; Microsoft office software (word, excel, outlook), inventory databases, and documentation control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing and enforcing all quality requirements in the Project Work.
  • Ensure operations produce a quality product while adhering to federal and state requirements.
  • Inspect procedures and policies for compliance to industry standards.
  • Evaluate methods and means for cost reduction.
  • Reduce waste, duplicated effort, and product failure.
  • Ensure operations adhere to the project work scope.
  • Conduct workforce training on safety procedures and training programs to maximize time efficiency.
  • Communicate negative trends of production or quality to the project management.
  • Communicate major deficiencies to the Quality Manager and Project Manager.
  • Coordinate efforts with SUXOS to streamline operations through experience.
