About The Position

USA Environmental is seeking a UXO Technician III for a short-term construction support project at MCB Quantico in Virginia. The mobilization date is November 15, 2026–November 21, 2026.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen unless an exception is approved by the U.S. Government.
Must have a valid state driver’s license.
Must be able to safely operate the vehicle assigned for driving within and in the vicinity of the site.
Must be a graduate of a military EOD school in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, or Australia, or a graduate of a UXO-TI course or EOD assistant’s course.
Must have on-the-job training that includes familiarity with the processes, procedures, and equipment (e.g., geophysical) used to conduct MEC-related activities.
Must never have been removed from a MEC assignment for personnel reliability reasons or unsatisfactory performance of duties, as substantiated by official documentation.
Must have graduated from an OSHA-compliant (29 CFR 1910.120(e)(4)) 8-hour Management and Supervisor Training Course.
Must have at least eight years of documented experience performing range clearance operations. Experience may combine active-duty military EOD experience and contractor MEC experience.
If an EOD school graduate, must have at least one year of MEC-related experience.
For National Guard or Reserve EOD experience, credit is based on documented time spent on active duty, not total time of service.
