About The Position

USA Environmental is hiring two UXO Technician IIs for a DGM Survey project at Langley AFB, Virginia. Candidates should have experience or some experience using an EM61, or RTK experience. Project mobilization is scheduled for October 18–24, 2026.

Candidates must meet the stated citizenship, licensing, training, experience, and personnel-reliability qualifications. The role includes handling an assigned vehicle safely within and near the site and performing MEC-related activities using applicable procedures and equipment, including geophysical equipment.

Requirements

• Be a U.S. citizen unless an exception is approved by the U.S. Government.
• Have a valid state driver’s license.
• Be able to safely handle the assigned vehicle within and in the vicinity of the site.
• Graduate from a U.S., Canadian, British, German, or Australian military EOD school, or graduate from a UXO-TI course or the EOD assistant’s course.
• Complete on-the-job training, including familiarity with the processes, procedures, and equipment used for MEC-related activities.
• Never have been removed from a MEC assignment for personnel-reliability reasons or unsatisfactory performance of duties, as substantiated by official documentation.
• Have at least 1.5 years of EOD/MEC experience if an EOD school graduate, or at least 3 years of MEC-related experience if a UXO-TI school graduate.
• Have experience or some experience using an EM61, or have RTK experience.

Responsibilities
