About The Position

We are looking for a talented UX Writer & Content Manager to define, maintain and evolve the written identity of our digital brands across multiple markets, languages, and themes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shaping the voice of a brand, writing clear and engaging copy, and ensuring every piece of content feels intentional, consistent, and tailored to its audience. You will work closely with Product, Design, CRM, Marketing, Development, and Localization teams to create a seamless content experience across the entire customer journey.

Requirements

  • Experience in UX writing, copywriting, content management, localization, or brand communication.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Strong ability to define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across multiple brands.
  • Experience writing website, product, marketing, or UX content.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot unclear or inconsistent messaging.
  • Strong understanding of localization workflows and multilingual content management.
  • Experience briefing translators and reviewing localized content.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and markets.
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and language versions simultaneously.
  • Practical, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within gaming, fintech, e-commerce, entertainment, or other high-traffic consumer products.
  • Experience with multilingual websites or white-label products.
  • Experience creating tone of voice or brand guidelines.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, localization tools, or translation management systems.
  • Understanding of UX writing principles and how content influences user behaviour and conversion.
  • Experience writing CRM communications, promotions, bonuses, or marketing campaigns.
  • Additional language skills beyond English.
  • Experience working with regulated or highly localized markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the tone of voice for each brand based on its market, audience, and positioning.
  • Write, review, and improve website copy across multiple digital brands.
  • Create compelling content for key user touchpoints, including homepages, registration flows, promotions, bonuses, deposits, profiles, rewards, notifications, and UI.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice throughout the full customer journey.
  • Adapt content to different markets, languages, products, and brand personalities.
  • Manage translations across multiple languages while ensuring they remain accurate, natural, and aligned with the original intent.
  • Coordinate with translators, native speakers, agencies, and internal reviewers.
  • Review localized content to identify inconsistencies, missing context, or poor-quality translations.
  • Maintain tone of voice guidelines, glossaries, terminology, and translation references for each brand.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, CRM, and Development teams to ensure content supports both the interface and overall user experience.
  • Proactively identify wording that is unclear, misleading, inconsistent, or misaligned with the brand.
