Nesco Resource•New York, NY

About The Position

The UX/UI Designer creates engaging, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and other online platforms. This hands-on role takes ideas from early concepts through finished designs and partners closely with developers to bring designs to life. The designer uses Figma to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and reusable design components, and contributes to an established design system to support consistent experiences across websites and digital initiatives. Candidates should have strong professional experience designing websites, landing pages, and interactive digital experiences; advanced Figma skills; and knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems. The role involves working across multiple projects or digital properties, collaborating with developers and stakeholders, and refining experiences using analytics, usability findings, and feedback. A portfolio demonstrating hands-on UX/UI design work is required.
