About The Position

Software Mind is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their Digital Design Team. The role involves working with other Designers to deliver new products and features that delight customers and align with company strategy. The designer will provide a consistent and intuitive user experience across various client products, applying a user-centric approach to create easy-to-use, high-performing digital products.

Requirements

Proven commercial UX/UI experience, supported by a portfolio.
Advanced Figma proficiency.
Strong practical experience building and adapting design systems to different products.
Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility, and UX research methods.
Strong communication and presentation skills with international teams and clients.
The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of design quality and delivery.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or workflows connecting design systems to AI agents.
Understanding of HTML/CSS, frontend component libraries.
Experience auditing and scaling design systems, including documentation, governance, and adoption.

Responsibilities

Design user flows, accessible interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
Build, customize, and maintain design systems.
Validate solutions through user research, usability testing, and workshops.
Prepare clear design specifications and guidelines for developers and AI agents.
Present design decisions and collaborate with developers to ensure quality throughout implementation.
