UX Test Engineer - New Grad (December 2026)
About The Position
Applied Intuition is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented New Graduate UX Test Engineer to join our specialized Validation team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our software applications provide an exceptional user experience while maintaining technical integrity. As a member of the Validation group, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, executing rigorous testing strategies to validate usability, accessibility, and interface performance. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, HMI, UX Design, or a related field and is graduating by December 2026.
- Foundational knowledge of software testing methodologies (Manual & Automated).
- Basic proficiency in at least one scripting language such as C / C++, Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and responsive layout validation.
- Strong analytical thinking, obsessive attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive validation scripts focused on user journeys, edge cases, and visual consistency.
- Develop and maintain automated UI test suites using tools like Selenium or Appium to increase validation throughput.
- Partner with UX Designers and Product Managers to refine requirements and provide feedback on design prototypes.
- Identify, reproduce, and track UI/UX defects through their entire lifecycle using Jira or similar tracking systems.
