The Market-Creating Innovation (MCI) team is at the center of our innovation hub. We work in agile with a lean startup approach and design thinking, asking our team of developers, designers, advisors, and experts to think beyond and find effective and efficient technology-infused solutions that put people at the center of everything that we deliver. As a UX Researcher, your primary responsibility is to drive experimentation and research initiatives that support the development of our innovation solutions. You will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, testing concepts, and providing data-driven insights to inform product decisions. You will work collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders to ensure that research goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. Your role is critical in conducting various types of user research, analyzing data, and presenting findings that help shape our product development and innovation strategies. You will be responsible for designing and executing research studies, managing research timelines, coordinating participant recruitment, and ensuring effective communication of research insights to the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining research documentation and contributing to the team's knowledge base. As a key member of the innovation team, you will lead the development of our experimentation plans for various innovation ideas, support and execute experiments, and ensure that our business approaches are backed by sound UX research. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to translate research findings into actionable insights will be essential to the success of the innovation team and its projects.
