In This Role As a User Experience (UX) Researcher , you will help shape product strategy and user experiences by uncovering actionable insights about customer behaviors, needs, and challenges. Partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to influence product decisions, validate user experiences, and ensure customer needs remain central throughout the product development lifecycle.
