About The Position

Nadia Care is seeking a contract UX Researcher to lead member discovery research, which is central to their Q3 2026 strategy. The researcher will conduct member interviews across various modalities, synthesize findings, and develop personas to directly inform product strategies. Nadia Care aims to improve pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journeys for women and their families by reimagining maternity care delivery. They focus on building trust-based engagement and wrap-around support, leveraging technology for virtual engagement. Nadia Care complements, rather than replaces, primary obstetrician relationships by addressing health-related social needs not typically covered by doctors' offices. Their values include empathy, collaboration, and resilience.

  • Identify friction points including login hurdles, platform preferences, and SDOH-related barriers
  • Synthesize qualitative findings into clearly defined member personas
  • Surface early retention signals and recommend triggers or interventions the product and care teams can act on quickly
