About The Position

V2Soft is seeking a UX Research professional with broad knowledge of UX research methods and experience conducting remote and in-person, moderated and unmoderated research. The role involves using methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, click tests, card sorts, and tree testing. Experience with Maze is mandatory. Candidates should bring strong listening, storytelling, communication, collaboration, and project ownership skills. Experience in regulated industries and AI research is also sought.

Requirements

At least 4–5 years of experience conducting remote and in-person, moderated and unmoderated user research.
A strong understanding of UX research modalities and methods as a generalist.
Experience with usability testing, interviews, surveys, click tests, card sorts, tree testing, and related methods.
Experience with the Maze testing platform; this is mandatory.
At least 3–4 years of experience working in finance, insurance, or healthcare (regulated industries).
Strong active listening skills.
Strong storytelling skills.
Ability to take initiative and own projects end-to-end.
Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
Openness to feedback.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least a bachelor's degree.
