About The Position

UX Programs & Operations drives projects by increasing communication, streamlining the UX design process, and fostering a culture of user-centered development. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry-leading products based on user insights. As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences. Our team acts as the bridge connecting Engineering, Product, and UX directly to developers and enterprise customers. Rather than imposing bureaucracy, you will use lightweight, people-first facilitation to turn customer insights into rapid, collaborative product action. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
  • Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive strategy.
  • Experience managing risks (e.g. operational, product, team health).
  • Experience in AI-powered products or complex system design environments.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering/PM stakeholders and understanding user issues faced by different user groups.
  • Experience partnering with UXR to inform research studies and amplify insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and investigative skills; ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with UXR leadership to manage third-party research and recruitment vendors, oversee project scopes, track operational budgets, and ensure external partners adhere to strict timelines and quality standards.
  • Design, document, and scale robust, repeatable UXR intake and execution workflows that lower the barrier to entry for cross-functional partners.
  • Act as the operational bridge managing cross-functional UXR requests, aligning UX/Product/Engineering partners, and managing project expectations and timelines.
  • Optimize the end-to-end research lifecycle from scoping to delivery while managing UXR infrastructure, tools, licensing, and compliance frameworks.
