As a Product Designer on the Loyalty UX Team, you will be instrumental in shaping Target's evolving digital experience for guests and contributing to business growth. Your focus will be on designing intuitive, member-first experiences that highlight the value and motivation of loyalty throughout the shopping journey. You will ensure cohesive, end-to-end experiences, refine interaction details, and maintain consistency across web, app, and in-store touchpoints. This role requires balancing guest needs with business objectives to drive engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty. You will also contribute to the advancement of UX practices at Target through influence, impact, and craft, and educate cross-functional teams as needed.
