The UX Manager leads and develops a team of UX professionals to deliver exceptional user experiences across our digital products. This role combines team leadership, strategic planning, and design oversight, ensuring that the user perspective is consistently represented in all product decisions. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience
  • Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/poly
  • US citizenship required
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring UX teams
  • Strong knowledge of UX design principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum product environments

  • Ability to balance user needs with business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX Designers, Researchers, and Writers
  • Define and enforce UX standards, design guidelines, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to align UX efforts with business goals
  • Drive UX strategy across multiple products or platforms
  • Prioritize UX initiatives and allocate resources effectively
  • Advocate for the user at all levels of the organization
  • Review design deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and usability
  • Measure and report on UX impact, including usability metrics, engagement, and customer satisfaction
