About The Position

The internet runs on infrastructure. But using that infrastructure shouldn't feel... well, like infrastructure. That's where you come in. As our UX Lead, you'll help shape how developers experience bunny.net. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you'll own the UX journey from early product ideas through to polished experiences developers love using. This isn't a role where you'll approve every mockup. You'll be hands-on where it matters most, solving meaningful product challenges while building the systems, patterns, and culture that help great UX scale across bunny.net. You'll spend your time experimenting with new ideas, using AI to move faster, and continuously refining the experiences we build. The best UX often goes unnoticed, because everything just works. Requirements

7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or a similar role
Experience designing cloud infrastructure, and/or products for developers
Confidence designing for technical users, especially developers
Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
A talent for turning technical complexity into intuitive experiences
Systems thinking: you know when to solve a problem once, and when to create a pattern that solves it for everyone
The ability to zoom out to strategy and dive into the details when it matters
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with engineers to balance user needs with technical realities
Clear communication and the confidence to explain your thinking to anyone, from engineers to leadership
Curiosity about AI and modern tools, and a desire to keep improving how products are designed and built
An obsession with the little details that make powerful products feel fast, simple, and effortless

Nice To Haves

Experience building design systems, component libraries, or design tokens
Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular
Experience designing for APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure, security, or other developer tools
Experience using AI to accelerate research, prototyping, or product design
Experience mentoring designers or helping scale design practices in a product organization
