About The Position

This is a paid, full-time, 12-week UX Internship for Summer 2027 at Uline's Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The intern will work on real projects to shape the online customer experience, collaborating with experienced professionals to translate customer insights into design solutions for Uline's e-commerce channels. This on-site position is ideal for individuals passionate about UX and Uline's growth.

Requirements

• Junior-status college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science or a related field.
• Portfolio exhibiting UX Design experience.
• Curiosity to understand user perspective.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design projects that enhance the customer experience across Uline's eCommerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses as well as stakeholder interviews to identify and confirm user needs.
• Create prototypes and concepts based on research for a user-centered design approach.
• Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.
