Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design or a related field
Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Solid portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes across mobile-first applications
Proficiency with Figma
Proven solid communication and collaboration skills
Proven user-first mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
Proven iterative mindset with a focus on solving problems collaboratively over individual ideas

Nice To Haves

Behavioral design competencies
Experience using and/or designing with agentic tools
Experience applying brand guidelines to digital interfaces
Familiarity with Jira
Familiarity with Atomic Design principles and design systems
Background in healthcare or other regulated industries
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Responsibilities

Owning projects end-to-end—from early problem framing and stakeholder collaboration to high-fidelity design and developer handoff
Shaping problem spaces by contributing to activities like problem definition, competitive analysis, writing user needs, and synthesizing insights
Creating artifacts like user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, growth strategists, and engineers to clarify scope, explore solutions, and ensure designs meet user and business needs
Championing user needs and business goals while balancing technical constraints
Presenting and communicating design decisions clearly to stakeholders
Building and iterating on Vitruvian, our design system
Staying curious and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
