About The Position

Ready to show off your design skills to a larger audience? Imagine designing a product that will be used by associates and customers across the globe. At Sam's Club, you can have that opportunity! This role involves translating concepts into customer flows, journey maps, and wireframes, and designing and delivering wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for multiple devices and interfaces. The designer will also be responsible for designing for big data, finding solutions to improve the daily lives of associates, and participating in design critiques. Understanding technical limitations and producing handoff-ready work for the tech team, including redlines and assets, is crucial. The designer will also work with the tech team to ensure correct implementation and provide feedback. A user-centered approach to requirements and interdependencies to develop engaging interfaces is expected, along with meeting with key business and tech partners to collect requirements and collaborating with the team to understand and address complex business requirements and user needs. Conducting user research, facilitating interviews and testing, and analyzing research to inform designs are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

• UX Designer skills
