About The Position

As a UX Designer at HOAi, you will shape the future of the industry by designing intuitive, AI-powered product experiences. You will lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Redwood City to solve complex problems with elegant, scalable solutions that delight our customers.

Requirements

• Possesses 5+ years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced SaaS environments with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Demonstrates high proficiency in Figma component libraries and a foundational understanding of front-end technologies like React and Tailwind.
• Exhibits a growth mindset with a passion for leveraging AI technologies to enhance both the design process and user outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and refined UI assets using Figma to raise the bar for product excellence.
• Conduct user research, discovery interviews, and usability testing to ground every design decision in validated customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to establish consistent design patterns and reduce friction in existing HOAi workflows.
