About The Position

SeatGeek is seeking a curious user experience intern for its 12-week summer 2026 internship program. The intern will join the UX team and work with engineers, product managers, UX research, and analytics to help create high-quality, easy-to-use experiences that address customer needs and support long-term business value. The role is hybrid, based at SeatGeek’s corporate office in New York City, with an expectation of working onsite at least three days per week.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled college student expected to graduate in spring or summer 2027.
• Coursework, projects, or internship experience demonstrating an understanding of UX principles.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and comfort iterating based on feedback.
• Interest in AI and willingness to experiment with new tools and ways of working.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-moving, fan-focused environment.
• Curiosity about users and passion for improving their experience through design.
• Collaboration skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people who value mentoring and learning from others.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of customer needs, motivations, pain points, and behaviors in collaboration with Product Management, UX Research, and Analytics.
• Work with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality, easy-to-use experiences that solve real problems and drive long-term business value.
• Participate in design reviews to refine and improve the intern’s work and the work of the UX team.
