The UX Accessibility Consultant will apply knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA requirements, assistive technologies, and Target accessibility standards to help create accessible digital experiences. This role involves partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, providing accessibility guidance during discovery, design, development, and testing. The consultant will review concepts, user flows, designs, and implemented experiences to identify accessibility barriers and recommend solutions. Responsibilities include conducting accessibility evaluations using manual testing techniques, assistive technologies, and accessibility testing tools, documenting findings, and supporting teams in resolving issues before experiences go live. The position will independently support assigned product areas while continuing to grow accessibility expertise through collaboration with Senior and Lead Accessibility Consultants. The work will help advance accessibility across Target's digital ecosystem and drive inclusive experiences for all Target customers and employees.
