About The Position

The University of Wyoming's Alumni Association is seeking a reliable, hands-on intern to assist with the day-to-day tasks involved in preparing for and executing Homecoming events. This role reports to the Director of Alumni Engagement and is an opportunity to join our campus community and contribute to our mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• Current student in good standing at the University of Wyoming
• Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable and punctual, with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Assemble and organize event materials
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces (tables, chairs, decorations, registration areas)
• Run errands on campus and in the local area (picking up supplies, delivering items, etc.)
• Pack, label, and transport event supplies to and from venues as needed
• Provide general administrative support (printing, copying, stuffing envelopes, etc.)
