About The Position

The University of Wyoming's Alumni Association is seeking a reliable, hands-on intern to assist with the day-to-day tasks involved in preparing for and executing Homecoming events. This role reports to the Director of Alumni Engagement and is an opportunity to join a supportive and enriching workplace community.

Requirements

• Current student in good standing at the University of Wyoming
• Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable and punctual, with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Assemble and organize event materials
• Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces (tables, chairs, decorations, registration areas)
• Run errands on campus and in the local area (picking up supplies, delivering items, etc.)
• Pack, label, and transport event supplies to and from venues as needed
• Provide general administrative support (printing, copying, stuffing envelopes, etc.)
