The Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge is looking for hire a Utilization Review Liaison. This role provides complete support to the Utilization Review team, coordinating between all necessary parties. It also provides compliance and quality assurance oversight, ensuring consistent review and development of clinical processes. The Utilization Review Liaison will perform consistent chart audits and reviews to ensure all is up to date and provide accountability and follow up for any missing chart items. Additionally, this role will engage clients throughout treatment to contribute to a warm, recovery-oriented environment, collaborate with the extended treatment team as necessary, and conduct intake assessments and facilitate group sessions when needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma/ GED required
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Acute observational, collaboration, and leadership skill
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Nice To Haves

• Min. 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities
