About The Position
The Utilization Review Coordinator assists with implementation and ongoing management of the utilization review program for Prime Healthcare’s employee medical benefit program. The role helps direct and use available resources to provide quality, cost-effective care through selected benefits and alternative services best suited to members while supporting optimal outcomes. The coordinator works closely with the Prime Healthcare Provider Network and each hospital’s Medical Directors.
Requirements
- High school graduate.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and proficiency with a variety of software programs.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and exceptional professional work ethics.
