The plant operates 24/5 with 8-12 hour shifts. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed; overtime may be needed during busy periods. This role involves safely running machines, following all safety rules and practices, counting and stacking finished product, learning customer requirements and specifications by reading factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications, utilizing basic shop math, accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment, coordinating activities with other machine crew members to efficiently set up and run orders, maintaining quality and production standards, continually monitoring the quality and quantity of production, maintaining housekeeping continually during the assigned shift, performing quality inspections and tests, and recording findings.
