About The Position

Under direct supervision, the Utility performs routine plant activities, including preparing work areas, maintaining safe conditions, transporting materials, using tools and equipment, and collaborating with plant workers. The role is based in Neenah and works the first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Typically possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.

Responsibilities

• Clean and lubricate equipment, keep manufacturing areas free of debris and dirt, and prepare or put away tools as assigned.
• Follow directions to operate machinery, supply or hold routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care activities and other non-technical routine plant tasks.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report issues to a supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
