About The Position
This position is responsible for cleaning vehicle interiors and maintaining the work area according to safety regulations. The role also involves general facility cleaning and assisting maintenance staff. Due to insurance requirements, candidates must be over 21 years of age. Employment is contingent upon passing a drug screening, physical examination, and background check. Requirements
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Performs physical activities that require considerable use of the arms, repetitive hand wrist motion, and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
- Able to work without direct supervision.
- Must be able to work in and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle interiors cleaned according to the contract.
- Any fleet damage documented and communicated to the manager.
- Work area maintained according to all OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Vehicle area cleaned, mopped and trash disposed of daily.
- Facility cleaning as needed to include trash, windows, restrooms and vacuuming.
- Assist maintenance staff and manager as needed.
