Requirements

High School Diploma, HSED, or GED.
1+ years' customer relations skills.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and meet company's standards for driving.
Must live or relocate within 25 miles of the Cloquet Office.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, service and install appliances and HVAC equipment. Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Locate and mark underground gas lines.
Perform routine maintenance including meter painting, meter replacements and pressure checks, gas leak investigations, carbon monoxide investigations, and emergency response to leaks.
Install, remove and replace gas meters, complete meter routines and turn-on/shut-off duties according to company policies and procedures.
Contact customers concerning collections on delinquent accounts.
Perform scheduled surveys of gas distribution system.
Read meters accurately and on time.
Promote and sell non-regulated services.
On call/standby 24x7 and shift work (evenings and both weekend days) required.
