Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient in operating various equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
Nice To Haves
- Route sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective sales strategies to expand our business with new and existing customers.
- Provide essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, using our state-of-the-art equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, and align work orders to minimize travel time.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth.
