Requirements

Daily access to a reliable automobile - driving required, mileage reimbursed
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Extraordinary attention to detail
2+ years of Property Management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist the property management department with various administrative tasks
Shadow more experienced property managers to pave the way toward advancement
Frequently conduct on-site visits to managed properties
Communicate with property managers, staff, tenants and vendors
Assist our teams with providing more efficient services.
Solicit repair bids from vendors and oversee home improvement projects
