Utility Pipe Crew Foreman
About The Position
The Utility Pipe Crew Foreman is responsible for coordinating all daily crew activities to maximize productivity and quality. This role requires a good understanding of trench excavation, guidelines, and safety. The Foreman must perform work safely and take action to prevent unsafe actions or behaviors. Daily coordination with team members, sub-contractors, trucking, and suppliers is essential. The position also involves the utilization of HCSS Heavy Job to track daily quantities, use of production reports, and daily timecards. The ability to communicate with project managers/estimators and engineers as needed is also a key part of this role.
Requirements
- 5 years excavation and grading construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Must pass a pre employment drug screening and background check
