About The Position
The Utility Personnel is responsible for cleaning and servicing both buses and facilities. He/she is generally a helper for either Service and Road Personnel or Mechanics. This entry-level position is designed to begin the career path for the position of Mechanic within LANTA.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Must be able to obtain a CDL driver's license, or currently possess a current CDL.
- Ability to read and understand service and maintenance manuals
- Follow written and verbal directions
- Demonstrate mechanical ability and aptitude for learning
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Fueling and washing of vehicles.
- Servicing of buses.
- Service/cleaning of facilities as required.
- Perform other related tasks as directed.
