About The Position

We are currently seeking two Entry-Level Utility Persons to join our team at Gary Plant. This role supports the Quality Assurance team in maintaining quality standards and procedures. Responsibilities include assisting with inspections, documentation, and recordkeeping, as well as helping to investigate quality concerns and identify solutions. The Utility Person will learn and follow quality control processes and safety procedures, and participate in quality-related training and continuous improvement initiatives. Travel between operating facilities may be required. All job duties must be performed with a Safety-First mindset.

Requirements

• Must pass assessment (QA test)
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus).

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or quality experience is preferred but not required.
• Prior Quality Assurance experience preferred
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Have good attention to detail.
• Be willing to learn new processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
