About The Position

Support cement plant operations by performing a variety of utility and labor tasks across departments. Operate and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas to support safe and efficient production. Assist with material handling, housekeeping, cleanup, and plant maintenance activities. Inspect work areas and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or operational deficiencies. Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures while contributing to team objectives.

• Demonstrated ability to safely perform physical work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
• Ability to learn plant processes, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures.
• Dependable team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules while maintaining productivity.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
