Requirements
- Capability to safely operate and troubleshoot heavy industrial or mechanical equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to learn processes, tools, and systems used within the plant
- Physical ability to perform duties that may include lifting, climbing, and working in varied conditions
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor millman/stone plant equipment to support safe and efficient production
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Adjust material flow, equipment settings, and processes to meet quality and production targets
- Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety standards and procedures
- Communicate clearly with team members to support continuous plant operations
